The Head of Communications developed a marketing plan for the offer and system
testing was undertaken by the Membership and Marketing Team. Although it meant
working to very tight deadlines, work was completed in time for the product launch
to coincide with the beginning of the academic year in order to achieve maximum
impact and uptake.
