Association Success Story Twitter Learning Points: It would have been ideal to attach the social media strategy to an overall communications strategy for the organisation, linking the objectives and messaging to the overall goals of AmCham EU. Eventually, it would be good to define more precise and realistic performance indicators, easier to measure and providing more relevant inf ormation. Conclusion: Overall, we are very pleased with the results of this project, considering the limited resources that could be allocated and the challenges we faced. However, this is just a first step: we hope to build on this first major success to develop even more customised and targeted information to members, key stakeholders and the general public.
