Victoria is responsible for all marketing and working with our supporters and press. She has over 15 years experience in business-to-business communications, with a variety of membership organisations. Victoria is supported by staff with our member recruitment and development programmes.
John Bonner
Sales Director
John is responsibile for working with suppliers to associations, offering engagement opportunities at our events, with our research and reports, and through our online and other activities.
Olivia Palmer
Programme Director
Olivia is our Conference Producer she is responsible for researching the Associations Congresses and researching association executives’ needs for education. She creates the programme and engages speakers. Olivia has been been working in the B2B conference industry since 2000 and has experience of working on international projects for both public and private sector events.
Rosa Garriga Mora MA
Research Director
Rosa has been carrying out research projects for the Associations Network since 2012. She has been a research analyst on several projects for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and has conducted a research project into destination branding. She has researched programmes for the Event Innovation Summit and the Innovation Zone for EIBTM.
Anca Urdea MA
Community Manager
Anca has worked on the Association Congresses, as well as for other associations over the last five years, and has taken up this position with responsiblity for community management in our social media and on our portal, with responsibility for content and first-line support.
Akvile Smalakyte
Events Manager
Akvile is responsible for managing the Association Congress and Association Networking events.
