AUSTRIA CENTER VIENNA The perfect setting for your congress Giving your event that extra sparkle Surrounded by contemporary architecture, right next door to the landmark towers of the UN headquarters, 25 minutes by taxi from the Vienna International Airport and only 7 minutes on the underground (U1) to the heart of the old town. Unlimited high performance WiFi throughout the main building and in the four exhibition halls is already a reality at the ACV. Bandwidth of up to 1 gigabit per second supports optimised online working and digital networking for up to 15,000 users at once. With 17 lecture rooms for 100 - 4,320 participants each, 180 offices and meeting rooms and 22,000 sqm of exhibition space, Austria’s largest convention center has a total capacity for around 15,000 people. The state-of-the-art digital visitor orientation signage system featuring 130 screens will be further upgraded in a phased project scheduled for completion in 2015. Additional advertising space for sponsors is among the innovations. Advertising spaces will also feature in the new event app, available from 2015, representing an additional source of revenue for event organizers. Furthermore our new 2D and 3D space planning tool will enable you to visualise your event setting virtually. We take sustainability seriously: Since March 2014 the Austria Center Vienna is licencee of the Austrian eco-label "Green Meeting and Green Events" and can assist you to plan and execute your meetings in an environmentally friendly fashion. Everything runs like clockwork At the Austria Center Vienna each cog is aligned to the next. Location, spaces, equipment, partners and team: all five elements are perfectly in tune with one another. The venue is ideal for large-scale conferences with exhibitions, product presentations, galas and banquets. Our own state-of-the-art technical equipment supports effective knowledge transfer and successful networking in a highly appealing setting.
