Can you summarise the discussion?
For ABPCO members it is so
important to work in collaboration;
both with their clients internally and
externally, as well as with venues and
destinations. This event gave us the
opportunity to really get to see how
a venue can pull in the destination
partners, and a chance to share
positive ways of working that can be
of benefit to all the stakeholders.
The EICC did a fabulous job of
co-ordinating the programme to
maximise the time and outcomes
and I am sure that there will be
(even) more collaboration between
those ABPCO members that
attended, as they had time to meet
each other and build their networks.
In the discussion we learned a lot
about collaboration. As a PCO,
how important is it to forge a close
relationship with a venue?
The hands on the ABPCO logo
signify communication, people and
a united hands-on approach to the
business, as well as networking, and
working with each other across
different platforms.
We have always valued
collaboration and feel that in these
changing times it is a business
critical tool for our members.
