WORKING TOGETHER Ps ILIAFI ESERA A/G NZ SUPERINTENDENT W hen we worship together we have our eyes closed. When we prayer together we use a prayer language that keeps us on the same page. Loving God together with hearts filled with brotherly affection is the rich heritage of being brought into a great royal and spiritual family. Working with each other, is however another thing altogether. You wouldn’t think it would be. The work we are called to do together is clear, the objectives seemingly straight for- ward. God wants everyone to accept His generous offer of salvation and He wants those who come to Christ to prepare themselves as a bride would for a marriage ceremony. Our problems of working together emerge when we try to decide on how to do the work of God, knowing what God wants and what fruit He admonishes us to live in peace with everyone (Rom 12:18), it is however sometimes impossible.
