Just as the different parts of the human body work together, so the different parts (people) of the church are called to cooperate and work together to accomplish their shared goals.  “For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12 Teamwork has a dramatic affect on organizational performance. An effective team can help an organization achieve incredible results.
