JOURNALING Allow your journal to be your best friend. Sharing and exploring your feelings, helps to clear any confusion in the mind. Allowing more clarity and helps you move beyond the surface cutting straight to the heart of what is really going on. If you choose to look for it. NATURE Establishing a regular meditation practice that works for you will arm you with a go-to technique to create a sense of reconnection to that part of you that speaks of peace, that speaks of wisdom and that flows with a well of love. MEDITATION While many people struggle to either find the time to meditate or too calm the mind chatter when they do, you will find the Universe providing these much needed solutions when you make the choice to value and discover what meditation can do for you. Meditation can come in many forms and I urge you to experiment with finding the way it works for you. Perhaps it’s a quick visualization in the shower or a few moments of zen and inspiration as you do the ironing.
