to define themselves instead of their truth.
Still, others have created an entrenched
belief system that put this inner wisdom on
a shelf.
Allowing your truth to infuse all you do, you
must be your number one priority. Otherwise,
it is too easy for us to put it on the shelf. You
cover it up, and your vibrant, your true self is
shut down. You hold back that one thing that
is necessary in every situation in life: YOU!
golden thread of who you are will jump off
the paper and you will uncover your unique
brilliance and truth. Remember, you are
unique and so is the spirit within. When
you can see that, you are well on your way
to showing the world your beauty and for

Stay Connected to Your
Core Truth.
Once you uncover your truth, it’s necessary
to stay connected to it. Your inner wisdom,
throughout life, has tried to guide you. It
wants you to come out and sparkle. After all,

The best way to stay connected to this truth
is to embrace strategies that keep it alive
and in the forefront of your life. You must
nurture your truth so that it outshines all
that tries to sabotage it. Cultivating things
like Journaling, visioning, Soul Coaching™,
meditation, and yoga are ways to nurture your
truth. Continuing to learn spirit awakening
practices that allow you always to grow and
glow is vital. Being in the presence of others
who live their truth will also give yourself the
permission to live yours.
Expressing & Glowing
Your Truth
The last part of the equation for living your
truth is to glow it. Too often, I see women
who know what their true self is but then
choose not to keep it to themselves. We are
not to stand out, not to glow. After all, no one
likes a show-off! But, your truth is a gift to
all others and must be share d, if not wholly
expressed
This glow is easily seen by talking about
what it is not. It is not boasting. It is not
bragging and it is certainly not showing-off.
It is not being better than others, and it is
not competition.
