to define themselves instead of their truth. Still, others have created an entrenched belief system that put this inner wisdom on a shelf. Allowing your truth to infuse all you do, you must be your number one priority. Otherwise, it is too easy for us to put it on the shelf. You cover it up, and your vibrant, your true self is shut down. You hold back that one thing that is necessary in every situation in life: YOU! golden thread of who you are will jump off the paper and you will uncover your unique brilliance and truth. Remember, you are unique and so is the spirit within. When you can see that, you are well on your way to showing the world your beauty and for letting Joy into each moment. Stay Connected to Your Core Truth. Once you uncover your truth, it’s necessary to stay connected to it. Your inner wisdom, throughout life, has tried to guide you. It wants you to come out and sparkle. After all, you were able to identify the time in your life when it did, right? What gets in the way of this truth is that you sabotage it. It becomes natural to cover up this true self. Some will do this with the wrong mindset. Others allow their emotions 48 www.AspireMAG.net | June / July 2018 The best way to stay connected to this truth is to embrace strategies that keep it alive and in the forefront of your life. You must nurture your truth so that it outshines all that tries to sabotage it. Cultivating things like Journaling, visioning, Soul Coaching™, meditation, and yoga are ways to nurture your truth. Continuing to learn spirit awakening practices that allow you always to grow and glow is vital. Being in the presence of others who live their truth will also give yourself the permission to live yours. Expressing & Glowing Your Truth The last part of the equation for living your truth is to glow it. Too often, I see women who know what their true self is but then choose not to keep it to themselves. We are not to stand out, not to glow. After all, no one likes a show-off! But, your truth is a gift to all others and must be share d, if not wholly expressed This glow is easily seen by talking about what it is not. It is not boasting. It is not bragging and it is certainly not showing-off. It is not being better than others, and it is not competition.
