t seems that everywhere you
turn these days someone is giving
a leadership workshop, writing a
book or a blog about leadership, etc.
But what actually is leadership and
how do you define it? There are so
many definitions of leadership by so
many leaders today and throughout
history. I have not come across a
single definition that encompasses all
aspects of effective leadership. We
simply know it when we see it, and
even more when we feel it. Inspiring
leaders are those who bring out the
best in those around them, and do so
with integrity, courage and grace.
