that was shared. I always knew there was
more. I was a sassy teenager, I know you
never would have guessed that, so I asked
why women were portrayed in a subservient
role. Why were women not shown as having
important roles in the tenets of history? I was
hushed by the church elders. This is how it
is. Don’t question.
uncomfortable and bring up feelings and
emotions that I have been ignoring for
decades. The timing is perfect, even when it
isn’t comfortable. I have also seen the world
show up for me differently. There was a time
when all of my friendships were dramatic
and superficial. I now have the privilege
of knowing my friends on a level deeper
than I knew myself a few years ago. The
connection I share with the women of my
tribe is unshakeable and deep.

Deeper connection to your
sense of self
As I continued throughout my path of spiritual
development, I have been guided to learn and
work with the Divine Feminine. This is where
I found the answers to all the questions my
16-year-old self was seeking. We all have
energies coursing through our physical,
emotional and spiritual bodies that are both
masculine and feminine, so it made sense
to me that the universe should, too! I was
ecstatic to see a harmonious representation
of the source from which we flow. Have you ever looked in the mirror and
wondered who the worn soul looking back
at you is? I have gotten a glimpse of myself
and thought, that isn’t me. My reality was
that I had lost track of who I was and the
“me” reflected in the mirror felt like someone
I met a time or two, but really didn’t know.

As I have integrated more and more Divine
Feminine energy and consciousness into
my daily equation, I have seen tremendous
shifts in my interaction with the world. All of
these shifts have resulted in a better, more
fulfilling experience in humanity; however,
there are occasions when these shifts are The journey back to myself started with
hearing the idea that I am a perfect and
complete being. I didn’t have to believe it,
right away. That is some evolved thinking
that I wasn’t truly aligned with, yet. As I
began to see the golden thread of my own
