3 Ways to Use the
LAW OF ATTRACTION
to Reduce Pain

ccording to the Law of Attraction,
like energy attracts like energy. Living with
physical pain and exhaustion can cause
us to create thoughts of worry and fear
that can take over. We can easily become
overwhelmed with fearful thoughts that focus
on how bad our pain will get or how our
family vacation may be affected because of
our physical pain. The thoughts are endless
when we go down that path of worry, fear
and grief.
And, of course, it can be scary and
overwhelming when we are faced with
pain and illness. But if we’re not careful our
thoughts can lead us on a runaway train into
a life filled with more pain and misery.
Why? Because we are made up of energy,
and our energy and thoughts attract or repel
things into our lives. Just like magnets, we
are always repelling or attracting.
As humans we are doing this with our
thoughts. Our thoughts create a feeling
inside of us. As we feel these emotions we
are then vibrating at the same frequency as
that emotional energy. We are emitting that
energy out into the world around us. Our
emotions equal our energy.
Do you know we think between 60,000 -
80,000 thoughts a day? Those numbers
always amaze me! With all those thoughts,
it’s important to be conscious of whether we
are holding positive or negative thoughts or
visions for our life.
When we are caught up in negative or fear-
based thinking it can then lead us to create a
vision in our heads where pain is the primary
focus. It’s important not to spend our sacred
energy visualizing all the things we don’t
want because doing so has the potential to
lead us down the path attracting exactly that.
