In order to understand all this, it’s key that we understand the science behind resonance. As stated in my book, The Crystal Blueprint: “Resonance occurs when an object vibrating at the same natural frequency of a second object forces that second object into vibrational motion. In this way, the second object (in this case, the body and mind) can vibrate and tune in to a healthy frequency— and in some cases, our original frequency: the authentic self.” Crystals can lead you to recognize and resonate with your unbroken wholeness — your authentic self. The best part is, we don’t need to choose a crystal from the biases and misinformation of the mind. We can use resonance to choose the best crystal to work with. As mentioned in my book, The Crystal Blueprint: “Today, most crystal healing is prescriptive. That is, when people have a specific problem, they go to their books to prescribe for themselves the crystal that is said to best solve that problem. The books might offer such advice as using a rose quartz to heal your heart, an amethyst to heal your mind, or a citrine to transform your emotions. ...For the most part, we are not reading the information we receive objectively, because it passes through all the filters of our worldview or experiences learned from others. The same happens when we receive other people’s information.” Instead of working with prescriptions, let’s bypass the mind and choose the crystal that will resonate with our authentic energy. When we choose resonance over prescription, we work with the vast invisible world of energy, not our limited beliefs. 26 www.AspireMAG.net | April / May 2019 Here are four healing benefits of working with crystals that can lead women to resonance with a new reality that will support their authentic self. 1 We learn to recognize and transcend learned mind patterns acquired from parents, society, and religion. Ever since we were in the womb, our minds and beliefs have been accumulating information that is not ours and comes from sources outside ourselves, including family, education, culture, media, and the patriarchal mindset. Women have internalized so many harmful beliefs —such as “I’m not good enough,” “I will never be able to have a career and a family,” “We the feminine are inferior to the masculine.” The good news is that crystals can help us recognize and transform these unconscious contents and connect us with what is true to us.
