Welcome my beautiful friend!
Sometimes you meet a woman and know in an instant that you’ve met a soul sister, a
kindred spirit.
I’m blessed beyond words to have many such women in my life.
Women who live, love and lead with a wide-open heart. Women who share their truth
with authenticity and vulnerability because like me, they believe that in doing so, they can
be a beacon of hope and inspiration for other women on the journey.
One of those women is Spiritual & Professional Life Coach Mal Duane, featured on the cover.
Our paths merged eight years ago, and today I’m blessed to call her a dear friend, travel
buddy, and to be her publisher. As a friend and spiritual mentor, I witnessed, and held
space for, her painful journey and watched her rise from the ashes after betrayal to
become a phoenix.
I sat down with Mal recently to talk about her new book, Broken Open: Embracing
