Low in Saturated Fats, Sodium and Cholesterol, Champignon mushrooms are also a
good source of Protein, Vitamin C and Iron. Commonly used in a variety of sauces,
salads, it can also be eaten as dried or stored in Jars and Cans for long term storage.
Champignon mushroom cultivation was always a goal of the company and this
became a reality in late 2012. The company now has the facilities to produce a large
quantity of fresh mushrooms all year round.
