External Suppliers and Access
Choosing the right décor company and entertainment to bring your dreams to life is just as important as finding the right venue . Our experienced Wedding Coordinators are on hand to advise and guide you through the process .
We have developed excellent working relationships with a number of local suppliers who have experience of the venue and our team , however you are more than welcome to source your own preferred company , subject to our prior approval .
Full contact details , a public liability certificate and risk assessment for any external suppliers who require access to the venue , or who are providing equipment must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding .
Unless prior written authorisation is provided by your Wedding Coordinator , all suppliers must set up on the day of your wedding and all equipment should be de-rigged and removed from site by 8am the following morning .
Access through the Walled Garden for loading / unloading is available before 9.30am and after 5pm . Access is available throughout the day for loading / unloading at the rear of the marquee , however there are approximately 15 steps that you should make suppliers aware of .
Please make your Wedding Coordinator aware if you sourced your own chairs , dancefloor or stage .
