Apply foundation to even out your skin tone and hide any blemishes, a concealer can also be used to deal with any fine lines. Remember, with Arabian style makeup the greatest emphasis is on eyes. Your complexion must be flawless but it shouldn’t draw any attention away from your eyes. 2. Use an eyelid primer so that eye shadow can be applied smoothly and lasts longer. Blend two different shades of dark vibrant eye shadow with a shimmering base. Remember a lighter shade on your inner corners blending outwards into dark. Line both eyelids using a kohl pencil or eyeliner extending outwards and plenty of lashings of black mascara.
