These office environments offer the benefits of standardised design but respond
to individual needs – the contemporary spaces are by One Stop Creative

Creating new offices to a standard template
will optimise space planning, maximise tenancies
and keep the management happy. However, the
tenants’ own needs have to be considered too.
One Stop Creative Associates (OSCA) is a
Singapore-based interior design and build company
specialising in transforming office interiors, says
OSCA marketing director Allan Chin.
“Our tailored design solutions together with a
flexible, highly creative team ensure all projects
precisely meet our clients’ needs. The City Serviced
Offices fit-outs, all at noted Singapore addresses,
are a good example of what we can offer.
“We were awarded the turnkey contracts for
all three projects. The challenge for OSCA was to
achieve contemporary Grade A serviced offices for
the client that maximised usable floor space and
created proactive workspace environments.
“Our approach was to design each office area
with a modular form, then customise them to match
each client’s needs. Versatile and affordable, the
modular layouts offer the bonus of amenities,
facilities and services on site. They also provide
flexibility for short-term or start-up businesses.”

Key design points included inviting reception
areas and a maximum number of individual offices,
emphasising prime locations and external views.
“The fit-outs had to offer great working circulation
for all individual offices – achieved in part by
extended corridors,” says Chin. “Pantries and rest
rooms form part of centralised utility areas, while all
the meeting rooms are expansive and comfortable.”
