Commercial fit-outs are about more than good

One Stop Creative Associate (OSCA) specialises

OSCA was engaged by Golden Agri to create
the new Singapore operations office in Golden Agri
Plaza. The generous use of marble in these spaces
evokes the natural world, and also a sense of
permanence. With the project on a tight schedule,
great management with responsive mobilisation of
OSCA resources gave a timely, first-class result,
says Allan Chin.
Golden Stena Weco recently entered into a joint
venture with Golden Agri in the same plaza. OSCA
received the interior design contract on the strength
of the success of the Agri operations project.
“The Stena Weco reception exudes calm and
stability. It also imbues the workforce with a sense
of spirit and corporate identity,” Allan Chin says.
