Working as a cohesive team, D’Perception is
always looking for ways to add value to its services.
Key descriptions would be ‘affordable’ and ‘reliable’.
“We use value engineering techniques to ensure
you get the quality you want, at a price you are
more than comfortable with. And at the same time,
we deliver on time, on budget, world-class design
and aesthetic strategies for corporate offices, retail
premises and hospitality establishments.”
Andy Chua says D’Perception can match and
beat most industry competitors, and has the track
record to prove it. As one of few ISO-accredited
interior design firms in Asia, the company gives
clients reassurance that it meets industry-approved
operational standards and procedures at all times.
The projects seen here – Dentsu Aegis Network,
NetApp and Pacnet – reflect the company’s calibre.
The first fit-out, at One Raffles Place, was for
brand, media and digital communications services
provider Dentsu Aegis Network. The firm asked

D’Perception to create a collaborative workspace
for multiple entities. The overriding office dynamic
had to be energised, innovative and connected.
“In response, this project features colourful
breakout volumes and long lines of sight through
the open-plan spaces,” says Chua. Key features
were the futuristic reception, a back-lit sculpture
wall, and vibrant circular meeting pods dotted
through the interior.”
The Dentsu Aegis Network project attracted the
coveted BCA Green Mark Gold for its extensive use
of sustainable materials, together with a strategic
reuse of existing furniture and materials.”
For the second project, NetApp wanted
D’Perception to design the ‘Office of the Future”
for their new APAC headquarters in Singapore. The
fit-out had to reflect the company’s commitment to
their core values. Chua says the project also had to
acknowledge that NetApp is consistently recognised as a great place to work around the world.
