Resident of the Month,
Karolyn William
Karolyn Williams was born on June 1,
1947, to Mr. and Mrs. Herrington of Fargo,
N. D. Karolyn is the oldest of five children.
She attended Fargo High School and grad-
uated in 1952. After graduation Karolyn
went to SMS and received her degree in
nursing. She worked at Cox ER for several
years and later worked as a Phlebotomist,
even making trips to Ash Grove
Healthcare at times to do blood draws for
the lab.
Karolyn has four sons, five grand chil-
dren and three great-grandchildren. She
lived in Springfield, Mo. for years and
attended a Presbyterian Church. Karolyn
taught Sunday school, Bible lessons, and
singing to the children. She was a mem-
ber of the National League of Nursing.
Karolyn met Dave Sharp and they have
been together since Sept. 9, 2000. The
couple made their home in rural Ash
Grove, and enjoyed traveling and camp-
ing.
Karolyn’s hobbies include going to
War Eagle Arkansas to collect antiques,
reading and writing. She has written sev-
eral short stories and poems that Dave is
trying to help her get into print. She loved
to go camping in her travel trailer. Dave
comes to visit her daily and they read and
listen to music.
Congratulations, Karolyn Williams, for
being chosen as resident of the month.
