ASE Handling - Denmark, Sweden & Thailand VAT Refund CPH Info

VAT Refund is a matter between passengers and the Danish tax authorities.
It is not something that can be considered part of the turn around handling
process, thus not something ASE Handling can be of any help with.
The private transactions between the guests and Danish customs shall be treat-
ed as a private matter between each other.
ASE are unable to intervene in any of this process. In addition neither Danish
Customs, Global Blue or Tax Refund offer a service for private jets or to visit the
aircraft.
However, as a service to your passengers, please see an explanation of how the
process works below:
Duty Free Location - Copenhagen Airport
DUTY FREE RECLAIM / TAX LOCATION- OPEN 0600-2100 LOCAL
Both TAX FREE Reclaim and Danish Customs are located landside be-
tween Terminal 2 and Terminal 3
Limo Drivers can stop outside parking house number P4 or P6
There is NO VIP Tax Reclaim at CPH Airport and all guests must queue up
in line
Check Receipt - Global Blue
If a purchase has been made and the receipt shows “Global Blue” then ;
The guest can go direct to Global Blue or Tax Free Worldwide Denmark to
reclaim
On completion the guest must return back to the Limo and continue to the
FBO entrance/exit (Limo Drivers aware)
NOTE – During peak period this can take 30min-1hr or more time
Check Receipt - Missing Global Blue
If the receipt does not have Global Blue printed, then it must be taken to
Danish Customs Clearance.
This is located a 1min walk from Tax Refunds towards Terminal 3 direction.
Once stamped the guest can then return to either Global Blue or Tax
Worldwide Denmark to claim the refund.
On completion the guest must return back to the Limo and continue to the
FBO entrance/exit (Limo Drivers aware)
NOTE – During peak period this can take 1-2 hours or more
We ask clients to factor in processing time when departing. On occasions it can take a very long time. ASE Handling has no ability to
skip queues, or otherwise be of any services in this matter.
