You have very devoted following among your readers. Have you been surprised by the personal connection that they have formed to your books? Yes, I’ve received some very touching messages from people. I remember I got one from a man in the US army who said it gave him hope and helped him find God in a dark time. That was hard to wrap my head around, because initially, I just wrote the books for entertainment. I wasn’t thinking about the messages behind the story, at least not consciously. But the fact that my book was able to help someone, not just entertain them… I think that’s pretty awesome. What are the books that you find inspiring to read?
