Nature & Wildlife of Southern Africa AAer winning an Award for the best film in nature category at the 10th International Film Art & Tourism Festival in Warsaw, Poland it makes me very proud to receive another Award for the best film in Category Ecology & Biodiversity at the 8th Art & Tur International Tourism Film Festival in Porto, Portugal. Thanks for the incredible green rooster :-) For the longest time of my working career I have been busy in the field of commercial & industrial filmmaking. Trying to find ways of transporting invisible objects into the viewers awareness, I became more and more fascinated about the hidden treasures and secret beauty of nature. Year aaer year I have been drawn to the seemingly endless wonders of Southern Africa. It’s stunning range of landscapes, the ever changing shapes and forms of light and color and its immeasurably plants and wildlife is simply breathtaking. With this short film which shows the range of stunning natural sceneries and amazing wildlife I would also like to create awarness for its preciousness and its fragility.
