This short film offers a
glimpse of the nature experiences available during
a short trip to the Minho,
that aims to show, promote
and encourage visits to the
region. The protected areas, mountains, rivers and
the sea offer an idyllic setting for genuine experiences, ranging from contemplation of nature to more
physical activities in contact with nature and natural resources. Filmed in 24
municipalities and co-financed by the program O
Novo Norte-O.N. 2., the
film is integrated within the
NaturMinho Project, coordinated by the Alto Minho,
Cávado and Ave inter-municipal commissions.

“The film produced for
Nogueira’s Fire Food presents the story and origins
of what would become
this restaurant, located in
one of the main avenues
of the city of Lisbon. Innovative in its concept and
sophisticated in decoration, it holds a common
element between all of
the dishes: the confection
through fire, either grilled
or baked on a wood oven.
This project results in an animation that’s differentiating in its approach, created
with original hand-drawn
illustrations, and also several other visual arts such
as the cutting and collage
of certain elements.”
