Synopsis :
Viseu witnesses for the first time the Street Art Festival , which is part of the event “ Tons da Primavera ”, organized by the Município de Viseu . The first vintner event of the year comes to the best city to live . Six artists gave new colours to the city and turned it into a colour screen , illustrating the broad city concepts :
“ Cidade-jardim ”, “ Cidade de Viriato ” and “ Cidade Vinhateira ”. The walls of Viseu were filled with colour and gave life to less attractive places that have gained another appearance and attractiveness , becoming artistic landmarks of the city .
