Biography
Julia Tivitt was born in a hospital in Louisville, Kentucky in 1946. This is rare as most of her siblings were born at their Grandparents home, in the rolling hills of Breckinridge county. Her father worked in a factory at the time, but later moved back to the farm close to where she lives today. She is a retired Postal clerk and mail carrier, that loves the outdoors and having adventures with her grandchildren. St. Anthony's Help is her first children's book also illustrated by the author. She is the current Vice President of the Breckinridge County Arts Guild and works hard to help preserve and promote the arts and crafts of Breckinridge County.
