Description of the picture The painting representing the Santas Justas and Rufina is an oil on canvas made around the year 1666. It measures 200 cm high by 176 cm wide and is currently in the Museum of Fine Arts at the City of Seville. Justa and Rufina were two potter sisters born in Seville who refused to worship the pagan gods, receiving martyrdom in the days of Dioclesiano. They are teh patron saints of the city of Seville.
