Movement Lab Dance Group presents Bubble Up at Theatre 810 January 7-10. Bubble Up is a collection of movement pieces inspired by bubble metaphors. Movement Lab director Theresa Wasiloski and performers worked collaboratively to develop this immersive, interactive show.
Preceding the show will be a special performance of The Starving Faithful, a new work by choreographer (Blackbird Dance - Oiseau Noir Dance) Melinda Caubarreaux. The Starving Faithful is a project guided by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Department of Dance faculty in partial fulfillment of work towards an MFA in Performing Arts: Dance.
Performances will take place January 7-9 at 7:30 pm, and January 10 at 3:00 pm. Theatre 810 is located at 810 Jefferson Street, Downtown Lafayette. Ticket price is $12.00 and can be reserved by calling 337-484-0172.
