This workshop will fulfil your desire to perform, direct
and edit. It includes the art of mime to allow you to better
understand how the human body moves, which is of vital
importance in designing the movements and postures of
a cartoon character. You will also create your own
animated virtual character and your own stop motion
animation through filming and the use of computer
software.
Ms Emily Wong is a stop motion animator, an urban
farmer and a mother in Hong Kong. She had worked in
both Hong Kong and Canada as a visual effects
producer for many years. She studied stop motion in
Bristol, England and her animation works, e.g. "Trumpet
Man", "Such as Life", "Tree as Company" had won local
and overseas awards.
本課程絕對能滿足你自編自導自演的願望！本興趣班糅
合默劇意念，你將學會如何感受身體動作，對設計動畫
人物的姿勢與動作，大有幫助。你亦有機會製作自己的
泥公仔，經過拍攝及電腦加工，最終製作一段以你的泥
公仔為主角的定格動畫。
黃麗明小姐是全職定格動畫師、都市農夫及母親。曾在
香港及加拿大擔任電影製片工作，後負笈英國布里斯托
修讀定格動畫課程。作品曾獲本地及海外獎項，包括：
「意馬心猿」、「泥人生」及「樹」。
* Material fee: $100
* Mime teaching will be instructed by mime artist Mr Man Lee.
* The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese, supplemented with English.
