PolyU Theatre’s Inaugural Performance:
Workshop Series
理大劇團創團演出：課程系列
In this inaugural performance of the PolyU Theatre, also a celebratory event
of PolyU’s 80 th anniversary, over 30 PolyU students, staff and alumni will join
hands with a local stellar cast to bring you this modern theatre classic in
November and December 2017 at the Jockey Club Auditorium. The
performance is jointly presented by PolyU and the Hong Kong Federation
of Drama Societies, and directed by the PolyU Theatre’s honorary advisor
Dr Chung King-fai and Mr Lee Ming-sum.
From dabbling in acting to visiting backstage, from joining rehearsals to
designing costumes, this series of workshops exclusive to PolyU students and
staff will introduce you to the multiple facets of the PolyU Theatre’s landmark
production, initiating you into the kaleidoscopic world of theatre. Whether
you’re a drama aficionado or a complete novice, there’s something for you
in this series!
逾三十名理大師生及校友將聯同本港多名知名演員，於2017年11月至12月
在賽馬會綜藝館參與理大劇團創團演出。是次演出同時為理大八十周年
校慶活動，由理大和香港戲劇協會合辦，並由理大劇團榮譽顧問鍾景輝博士
與李銘森先生執導。
本系列活動以此演出為主軸，開設多個配合演出的課程，如演技班、服裝
設計班、舞臺設計班，更會特別安排學員出席演出的綵排，並參觀後臺，
與你一同探索璀璨繽紛的舞臺世界！
