WELCOME
It is our belief that every student can learn. We believe that the role of the arts is core to the cognative skills that prepare students to be engaged and curious participants in their world. We dismiss the mythe that for one to be successful in the arts they have to be gifted with a special coordinated skill. The arts are about thinking, seeing and engaging the world we live in. Commenting on it, changing it, making it better. We want our students to be inventors, to use the skills they develop in meaningful ways. We promote metacognition. We are more than a standardized text, and we affect a lifetime . We are preparing students for jobs that have not been created yet. And we are loving every minute of it.
