Students will continue to develop and further advance their filmmaking and photography skills in film / photo 2. Design becomes the heart of this course as students master composition. Photoshop and other Adobe software are further explored as integral parts of furthering student work and portfolio development. Student films focus on camera angle, motion, and scale. Students will be expected to produce work of a higher-level quality and quantity at the Honors level.

Interested in learning to create your own cutting-edge animation for your web page or other multi- media project? Using sophisticated software, this course will give students an introduction to creating animations and interactive movies like the ones used on cutting-edge web sites. Beginning with classic animation techniques, students will learn how to manipulate objects, change their appearance, and publish to the web. From there, students will create animations by integrating sound and user generated drawings. Students will learn to use a combination of logical reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and artistic creativity.
