niche and present the special
flavors of the Southwest by
serving only the freshest local
produce mixed with unique
regionally-sourced spices.”
Like I said, Tortilla Union
is branded as “Southwest-
ern” but I’d say they are
borderline Tex-Mex! The
“Union Guacamole” was
perfectly limey and fresh. I
also LOVED their “Tortilla
Soup.” It had all the right
components and flavors with
tons of shredded chicken to
make it heartier. I’d come
back just for their tortilla
soup and guacamole, but that
is only the beginning.
