Nicolas Sironka - I am a Maasai from Kenya and a resident of Spokane , Washington . I have a God-given talent in art . With this , and my knowledge of my Maasai Culture , I have sought for many years to help create awareness and a greater understanding of our people , the Maasai , through lecture presentations and my large Batik paintings . My philosophy is that “ If I can use my talents to touch another life and make it better , then I will be fulfilling the purpose for which God put me on this earth .” I use my art and culture presentations to reach out to others , not just to create an awareness of Maasai .
