Art Chowder: You recently had an exhibition at Kolva Sullivan Gallery called “Excavate: Land, Space, Ocean, Body.” How long did it take you to prepare for that? helen: This particular show took nearly a year to create and acts as a sort of documentation of my findings as I explore the mysteries of the natural world. I’ve always been fascinated by the wonders of our planet and it’s conservation, especially the ocean.
