Being a proud member of the DC, Maryland, Virginia metropolitan area(DMV) I took a look around our entertainment industry and was dissatisfied with the way we were bring represented. I would see woman from around the way the were so beautiful, beautiful enough to be models, but they either did not meet the height requirement or have the polished look of what society felt models should have. It was then my decision was made to set out and pave my own path. While still in high school I immediately enrolled in the entrepreneurship program and began sculpting my idea. In the program I received the opportunity to go to New York and participate in contest and more.Unfortunately, I graduated from high school just one month before gaining A+ certification but that in now way deterred me from accomplishing my goal. Post graduation I attended Virginia State University majoring in Business Management. There I got a chance to work with Trey Songz and a few other underground artist. I also received the opportunity to meet Young Jeezy and not to long after I decided I shouldn't waste anymore time and so returned home and begin my journey building my dream.

I started off doing club promotion because it forwarded me the opportunity to cross paths with all different kinds of woman who wanted to model. I then began putting together a promotional team and soon after I started being noticed by several companies. Before too long I was receiving offers to manage promotional teams.

Within our company I emphasize loyalty and family because there is a lot of cut throat in this business and it is hard to make it if you are not surrounded by people who genuinely care about your success. I also believe a company should be like a family and without loyalty and hard work a family cannot progress in the world of business.

What I love about this line of work is being able to help those wanting to achieve their dreams. In the past I have gotten models in 3 magazines, 2 movies, and 3 music videos and our brand is still building. I have expanded to creating a clothing line and I see nothing but success in the future. Even when I am not working I am working because in this field if you want to be the best the work never stops. You must be continuously listening, learning and researching as well as being innovative. I took an interest in this business 10 years ago but had decided to pursue it seriously for just the past two years.

I grew up in the DMV and I am still here perfecting my craft. I love to get involved within the community doing charitable work and helping those less fortunate than I. At this point it would be impossible to give up everything I have started. I was taught to never be a quitter and at this point I have nowhere else to go but up.

I only want to surround myself and our company with those who value loyalty as much as we do and are willing to put it the difficult work that is becoming successful.
