BE AN EALING FOSTERING
PLUS FOSTER CARER
WHAT IS FOSTERING PLUS?
In the past, some of our more vulnerable
children have been placed in residential care
because we were unable to place them with
local carers. Having had the right support
while in residential care, some of these
children are now ready to return to their
local community. Fostering Plus enables us
to provide these children with the right
support to meet their needs and make this
transition possible.
• Extensive training and 24-hour
support, seven days a week.
• A higher than average payment rate
of £700 per week (additional rates
are paid during the initial phase of
Fostering Plus).
• The opportunity to gain a nationally
recognised qualification in childcare
- Level 3 Diploma for the Children &
Young People’s Workforce.
If you have experience working with
children, particularly children who have
experienced significant harm or trauma, you
could be a Fostering Plus carer.
We will be holding our next information
sessions on the following dates:
7 December, 7.30-9.30pm
