he borough’s parks will
be flooded with music,
dance and laughter. With
performances from celebrities
taking time out from their television
and music careers, and from amazing
local talent, the festivals promise to
bring our borough alive.
Greenford and Acton carnivals
will shake off the spring with
spectacular community events,
including colourful parades, live
performances and family areas where
you can try out lots of fun activities.
The Ealing Beer Festival is
welcomed back again with more than

300 varieties of real ale and locally
produced beers.
Walpole Park will also see the return
of the big top tent, providing cover
whatever the weather. When the sun
shines you can grab a blanket, roundup your family and friends and enjoy a
picnic in the park. Top-name comedians
including David Baddiel, The Boy With
Tape On His Face and Paul Chowdhry
will keep the crowds laughing over five
nights. The entertainment will continue
with a weekend of Blues and five nights
of live Jazz performances.

TICKETS
Tickets for the comedy festival are
on sale via www.ealingsummer.com
costing £19 per person, per show (plus
online or phone booking fees). The
festival is suitable for people aged 18
and over, but young people aged 15-17
can attend if they are with an adult.
DISCOUNT FAMILY TICKET
Discount family tickets will be available
to buy from the box offices at each
event. This gives two adults and up to
three children aged between 12 and
16 entry into the Acton and Greenford
carnivals for just £5, saving the family
up to £5.
