Clothes, belts, curtains, blankets, towels, odd socks and lingerie can all be COLLECTED by Ealing Council. Even shoes (tie any pairs together). Just put these items in a bag and place it on top of your blue recycling bin on your recycling collection day. If your bin contains the wrong materials it will not be collected. Your BLACK BIN is only for household rubbish that cannot be recycled; the less you put in here, the less goes to landfill. Rubbish must be bagged. FOOD waste . Line your food waste bin with newspaper or use a compostable bag to help prevent smells and stop food sticking to the bin.
