accept documents this way:
From parking and blue
badges to benefits and
schools admissions. You will be offered
the option if it is available.
Taking photos of your documents
and emailing them to the council is
the quickest way to make sure your
information is received as soon as
possible. Scanned documents from
your home computer and scanner are
also accepted (or you can get help with
this in the council’s customer service
centre in Perceval House in Ealing,
n Receive free reminders for your
collection day
n Get
information on what you can
and cannot recycle
n Find
your nearest recycling centre.
Download the app for free from the
Apple store or from Google Play. You
can also find the app by searching
‘@home’ in your app store.

are accepted: PDF, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
Just make sure each image does not
exceed 1MB in size.
