You can win a race place
and a bundle of goodies
in our competition,

ast year 7,000 runners took
on the event’s 13.1-mile route
around Ealing, starting and
finishing in Lammas Park. One
of those runners was Christina Kenny,
from Acton, who won a competition for
a race place through Around Ealing’s
sister website EalingNewsExtra.co.uk
Christina, 32, said: “Winning last year’s
competition was a bit of a shock but
turned out to be a great opportunity.
Despite never thinking of myself as a
sporty person, I’ve actually ended up
becoming one by mistake.”
She loved
her experience
and has never
looked back.
She now runs
regularly –
including
to and from
work twice a
week – and has
entered the half
marathon again
this year. You
could join her.
