Turkey

Turkish food is frequently acknowledged and perceived as the most popular form of Arabic or Middle Eastern food wherein they culminate the various spices inclusive of turmeric, cumin, sumic flowers, paprika, cilantro, along with garlic wherein they specifically apply such seasonings to their delicacies. The Turkish spices and other forms of culinary delicacies are primarily influenced by their background in which they use these herbs to increase the spicy flavor wherein contrasts between sweet and spicy are also made, hence there is a variation of flavor. In addition, several of these spices are applied within their dessert meals, such as baklava as well.
