MEMBER PROVIDER SPOTLIGHT ( PART II ) Tiffany Trejo / Ricoh-USA
I love to spend time with my beautiful family and 5 dogs when I ’ m not at work . We have ( 2 Shar Pei mixes , Puggle , Boston Terrier and a French Bulldog ). I also provide full time care for my mother who had a massive stroke 3 ½ years ago . I enjoy spending time with her every day .

I have always said that if people like you they will listen to you , but if they trust you they will do business with you . Taking the time to fully understand my client ’ s business needs , goals and objectives are my priority . Understanding the value of information is mission critical to any organization today . We create consistency among processes and help mitigate security and compliance risks by taking a holistic view to systems and infrastructure related to information governance . Our core capabilities include analysis of how and where the information was created , policy and procedure implementation , eDiscovery , risk analysis , measurements and reporting .
“ What do you like to do when you ’ re not at work ?”
The way we are teaching our children that they don ’ t have to work hard to get everything they want . Meaning I don ’ t believe in a “ participation trophy ”.
“ When did you start your career with Ricoh ?”
I started my career with Ricoh in 2002 . I worked on the operations side as an Integrated Account Manager . I managed over 40 people who were responsible for onsite copy centers and mailroom inside of large corporations .
“ Where did you come from ? Or , are you a native of Phoenix ?”
I ’ m an Arizona native ! I grew up in a small town in Northern Arizona called Camp Verde . I loved growing up in a small town away from all the hustle and bustle . Where you could leave your keys in your car or your doors unlocked and feel safe . This is the kind of town that they write country songs about .
