all gra FY 2015 GRANTS LARGE GRANTS PROJECT AMOUNT Arlington Museum of Art Funding to bring the Toulouse-Lautrec and La Vie Moderne: Paris 1880-1910 exhibit, containing almost 200 pieces from avant-garde Post-Impressionist artists working in a new French “modern” style. $100,000 Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington Partnership between Boys & Girls Club of Arlington and the Arlington Independent School District to build the Great Futures Academy inside North Arlington’s newest school, Peach Elementary. $650,000 Catholic Charities Funding for four specially designed accessible vehicles for ambulatory clients who need “on demand” service for a variety of transportation needs. $75,000 City of Arlington Central Library Grant funds for the new George W. Hawkes Central Library, also includes a facility for the City Council chamber/Community room that will also serve as shared meeting space for library events, with an outdoor plaza for meeting and gathering. City of Arlington Community Seed funding for the Corridor Beautification Pilot Program will provide native landscaping in Development & Planning the right of way along key corridors in the City. $250,000 Friends of the Levitt Pavilion Arlington $300,000 City of Arlington Capital support to purchase and install a new video screen to accompany and enrich the audience environment at Friends of the Levitt performances.
