Delivering
Dreams
C u lt u re
In Arlington’s Entertainment District, people walk, bike and
jog along a peaceful trail near a growing collection of public art –
from the sculpture of faceless crowds near Globe Life Park to the
towering Arc7 sculpture across from AT&T Stadium.
Downtown, youth and adult actors and crew members spend
countless hours each month practicing their lines, dancing, singing and
otherwise preparing for their next live performance at Theatre Arlington.
And each 4 th of July and Christmas, Arlington families know
to arrive early for the best seats to enjoy brightly decorated floats,
hometown marching bands, great music and fun during the
annual holiday parades.
The Arlington Tomorrow Foundation believes investing in the
arts and culture as well as in community events and projects, such
as the annual Christkindl Market, the Levitt Pavilion and the Dream
sculpture in downtown, helps to make the city a more livable,
enjoyable place.
The Arlington Tomorrow Foundation has long recognized
how literacy opens doors of opportunity. We are delighted to have
contributed more than $4 million as the lead donor to help make
the dream of the City’s 21 st Century library a reality.
