accessible. The design and construction of housing should incorporate the
highest possible level of amenities, design, and quality. Ultimately, residents
need a variety of housing choices that accommodate various income levels and
address the need for decent and affordable housing, strong neighborhoods,
personal safety, adequate infrastructure, employment opportunities, access to
transportation options, and good schools.
