The 62nd Annual Laveen Pit BBQ
will be held Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 11:00-4:00 p.m.
at Corona Ranch and Rodeo Grounds

ome out and join 5,000 or so of your neighbors for
this annual Laveen tradition of roasting tons of beef
and pork (literally, tons) overnight in barbecue pits.
The pulled beef and pork is served up cowboy style with a
side of beans, world famous coleslaw, and other fixings.
There’s also a ton of entertainment, activities for the kids,
and vendor/community booths.
This is about as close as you’ll find
to a classic community festival
anymore, especially ‘round
these parts, with the hustle
and bustle of the big city
so nearby.
