Chocolate lava cake

ingredients:
• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 1/4 c milk
• 1/2 canola/vegetable oil
• 3 eggs
Mix these ingredient’s until well blended, about 2 minutes, set aside
• 1 (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
• 2 c. milk
Mix these ingredient’s together, about 2 minutes, set aside
• 1-12 oz. bag chocolate chips
preparation:
Prepare cupcake tin by spraying well
with cooking spray. Pour cake batter into
tins (1/2 full) Top with pudding (about
2-3 Tablespoons) Do not mix!! Now top
that with 1+ T. chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
Carefully scoop out ‘cupcake’, it should
be quite runny inside. Serve with vanilla ice cream or cream. YUM!!
This recipe can also be made in a crock pot (on low for 2 1/2 hours)
or until top is set!
