ell, the gun smoke has cleared, the
last cowboy tune has been sung
and all the horses are un saddled...
but “Sure as Shoot’n”, it’ll all be back
bigger and better than ever, October 23,
24, 25, 2015!
Once again, thousands of visitors
got a big dose of best in the west
entertainment, got to meet some classic
Hollywood stars like Dan “Grizzly
Adams” Haggerty (above), rounded up
some rare finds from over 80 vendors,
entered a good old
fashion ice cream or pie
eating contest, or maybe
struck it rich panning
for gold!
The event called “A Wild West
Renaissance Festival”, did not
disappoint...with hundreds of
authentically dressed old west
characters around every corner
of Glendale’s Historic Sahuaro
Ranch Park, photo opportunities
again were a crowd favorite.
“Whoop’n” discount and
help a good cause at the
same time. This year the
Festival collected enough
food items for the Hope
for Hunger food bank
in Glendale, to feed
thousands!
